Welcome to my Online Counselling Service

Providing support across the UK

Hello, I'm Claire.

I offer a warm, supportive and confidential space where you can talk freely and be met with understanding. My work focuses on helping you explore difficult feelings and emotions, recognise patterns in your thoughts and relationships, and begin to understand yourself with greater compassion and clarity.

As a person-centred counsellor, my approach is shaped around you. This means we work at a pace that feels right for you, focusing on what matters most in your life and creating space for your experiences, needs and hopes to be heard.

Together, we can gently explore what feels heavy, unfair or unclear, and begin to make sense of the emotions and experiences that may be affecting your day-to-day life. Through this process, therapy can support greater self-awareness, confidence and connection with who you are, while helping you consider what you may want to change and how to move forward in a way that feels manageable.

Benefits of Online Counselling

  • Convenience and flexibility: You can attend sessions from home, work, or another private space, making it easier to fit counselling around your schedule.

  • Greater accessibility: Online counselling can be helpful if you live far away, have mobility needs, caring responsibilities, or find travel difficult.

  • Comfort and familiarity: Being in your own environment may help you feel more settled, safe, and able to talk openly.

  • Privacy and discretion: You do not need to travel to a therapy room or sit in a waiting area, which can feel reassuring for some people.

  • Continuity of support: Sessions can continue even if you move, travel within the UK, or have temporary barriers to attending in person.

  • Reduced time and travel costs: Without commuting, therapy can feel less disruptive and easier to maintain regularly.

  • A personal connection: Online counselling can still feel warm, meaningful, and relational when there is trust and openness between therapist and client.
